What you will do

• Design, implement, and test secure software features for embedded systems and cloud-based applications.
• Conduct security reviews and threat modeling for software architectures to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle using Agile.
• Perform security vulnerability assessments, debugging, and remediation across software components, including the Linux Kernel.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate security testing and ensure continuous security integration.
• Research and contribute to the development of innovative security technologies and approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software security engineering with a solid understanding of security principles.
• Proficiency in C++, C, Python, and Bash scripting for embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of Linux Kernel development and cloud computing architecture.
• Familiarity with cryptographic algorithms, secure boot, disk encryption, TPMs, and integrity attestation.
• Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and integrating security into automated workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Yocto project.
• Proficiency with container technologies such as Docker and security hardening methodologies.
• Knowledge of full-stack development principles.
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools for resolving security vulnerabilities.
