What you will do
- Respond to technical support requests via phone, chat, email, and in-person.
- Identify, research, and resolve hardware and software technical problems.
- Manage requests for computer peripherals, laptops, desktops, and software installations.
- Facilitate user logins, account support, and system administration duties.
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to next-tier support with detailed diagnostic summaries.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of information system experience, including 1 year working directly with PC hardware and software.
- Knowledge of concepts and procedures within a Help Desk or Service Desk environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks like walking, bending, and reaching.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity at the corporate office in Draper, UT.
- Curiosity and adaptability to work with AI-enabled tools and evolving workflows.
