What you will do

• Administer a complex range of funds and management companies while liaising with clients and intermediaries.
• Coordinate company secretarial matters, including preparing minutes for board and shareholder meetings.
• Process and coordinate routine and complex fund operations and investor changes.
• Prepare payment instructions and manage electronic payment libraries.
• Ensure timely regulatory and statutory filings and manage accounts distribution.
• Mentor junior staff members under the guidance of senior leadership.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a financial services setting, preferably within the funds industry.
• Strong understanding of the local regulatory framework.
• Currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as CGI or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer systems and electronic banking platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
