What you will do

• Operate and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, including scaling, patching, and upgrades.
• Develop self-healing mechanisms and automation to eliminate manual operational tasks.
• Implement SRE principles, including defining SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Lead incident analysis, postmortems, and proactive observability dashboard design.
• Collaborate with DevOps and product teams to ensure reliable release operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes deployment and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Experience with incident response, RCA, and postmortem processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with chaos engineering or resiliency testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, or other observability and ITSM tools.
• Background in networking, load balancing, and performance tuning.
