AWS Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Azure)

Location: Must be based in Chile (Remote within country), working hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Chile time.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure and AWS infrastructure ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
• Implement cloud security best practices including RBAC, Key Vault, and Network Security Groups.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).
• Monitor cloud environments and optimize costs through automation and right-sizing.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Residency in Chile with availability to work on Chile time zone.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of AWS.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and ARM templates.
• Advanced scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing enterprise-grade cloud security controls and governance.
• Experience with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Relevant cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, MCSE, MCSA, NetApp).
• Experience supporting complex delivery environments for large-scale clients.
