What you will do

• Support clinical decision support (CDS) product development to improve search and discovery for point-of-care users.
• Extract and integrate healthcare data and adapt domain ontologies for information extraction and data modeling.
• Collaborate with data scientists and SMEs to develop and maintain hirify.global’s healthcare knowledge graph (H-graph).
• Validate the clinical accuracy of automated indexing and content using medical literature and guidelines.
• Build domain-specific training datasets for machine learning (ML) models used in Point-of-care products.
• Perform predictive analytics and derive insights from large combined healthcare datasets.

Requirements

• Clinical degree required (MD, MBBS, or GP).
• Experience in informatics and knowledge retrieval.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment and MS Office (Word/PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at mid and senior management levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in semantic technologies, including text mining and ontology management.
• Knowledge of medical vocabularies such as SNOMED CT and ICD-10.
• Visualization and dashboarding skills (e.g., using Tableau).
