What you will do

• Review charts, calls, and messages to assess quality, safety, and member experience across the care journey.
• Review AI-generated flags, summaries, and recommendations for clinical accuracy and appropriateness.
• Identify and document patterns in AI behavior to support system-level improvements.
• Support intake and basic triage of member complaints, grievances, and escalations.
• Collaborate with clinical operations and safety teams to ensure a consistent and reliable member journey.
• Assist with data collection and analysis for quality audits and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a state nursing board.
• BSN degree is required.
• 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in primary care, care management, or outpatient settings.
• Must be based in the US to align with compensation and benefit structures.
• Comfortable using EHRs, virtual care platforms, and basic reporting tools (e.g., Looker, spreadsheets).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
