TL;DR

Registered Nurse (Clinical Product) (Healthcare AI): Developing and validating medical LLMs to ensure clinical accuracy and safety with an accent on clinical evaluation protocols and gold standard authoring. Focus on translating nursing expertise into product decisions and defining acceptance criteria for model releases.

What you will do

• Design and run clinical evaluation protocols to assess model accuracy, safety, and adherence to standards of care.
• Translate frontline nursing expertise into product decisions, shaping dialog flows, safety rails, and escalation criteria.
• Author "Gold Standards," including test cases, rubrics, and reference answers for high-stakes scenarios.
• Collaborate with ML researchers, speech specialists, product managers, and QA to prioritize and measure improvements.
• Identify and suggest product enhancement opportunities to improve AI agent empathy and accuracy.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nursing License (RN) in your practicing state.
• Clinical experience in acute, ambulatory, telehealth, or community settings.
• Prior experience with prompting language models, interacting with LLMs, conversational AI, or clinical NLP.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex medical concepts to technical teams.
• Commitment to safety and ethics, including familiarity with HIPAA/PHI handling and privacy best practices.
