TL;DR

Intern (AI): Learning and applying modern AI workflows to solve business problems with an accent on prompt engineering and AI consultancy. Focus on mastering structured outputs, research, and delivering AI-powered solutions in competitive team sprints.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in or able to commute to Bethesda, MD, USA (in-person presence required for the 1st and last week).

What you will do

• Master Claude and Gemini for prompting, summarization, research, and structured output.
• Solve real-world business challenges acting as an AI consultant across the organization.
• Develop and build functional AI tools during competitive team sprints.
• Collaborate in rotating teams to tackle diverse business problems.
• Present final results and solutions to be recognized as sprint winners.

Requirements

• High school students (rising juniors/seniors), current undergraduates, or recent graduates.
• Must be able to work in-person in the Bethesda, MD office during the 1st and last week of the program.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and present work to others.
• Curiosity and a self-directed approach to learning.
