What you will do

• Support game release readiness by checking configurations, documentation, and managing regulatory submissions.
• Execute validation steps including smoke tests, compliance checks, and basic QA tasks.
• Prepare and distribute release notes, known issues, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with development, QA, compliance, and commercial teams to align on release requirements.
• Track and report risks or blockers to senior Release Managers.
• Participate in post-release reviews to suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in release operations, validation, or project coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage risks and solve problems.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Technical and business awareness within a software or gaming environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Montreal, Canada.
