Operations Representative

Location: Bucharest, Romania

What you will do

• Manage customer setup and changes in the backend platform.
• Support agents with service, configuration, and platform management requests.
• Build and update customer plans across pricing and service modules.
• Participate in cross-department projects and plan operations maintenance activities.
• Handle monthly billing tasks and perform basic QA for new platform features.

Requirements

• English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple administrative projects.
• Strong attention to detail, patience, organization, and operational problem-solving skills.
• Good MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, MATCH, and pivot tables.
• Bachelor’s degree, technical skills, and previous operational experience are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Understanding of mobile roaming flows.
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday and Zendesk.
