What you will do

• Develop and maintain AI agent systems using LangGraph and LangChain to support complex enterprise workflows.
• Design agent workflows, tool routing strategies, and execution pipelines for multi-agent coordination.
• Translate business requirements into reliable AI-driven processes using LLM reasoning and structured data.
• Optimize and customize agent frameworks to ensure scalable and maintainable system architecture.
• Collaborate with product teams and engineers to ship AI-powered features and integrate them into existing platforms.
• Ensure long-term system sustainability through rigorous testing, documentation, and thoughtful architecture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of development experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML, LLMs, or generative AI.
• 3+ years of professional Python experience.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and Docker containerization.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and vector databases for structured and unstructured data.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines.
