What you will do

• Ensure a well-functioning and safe laboratory environment for development projects.
• Manage inventory, refill consumables, and ensure protective equipment availability.
• Conduct annual risk assessments of laboratory areas, equipment, and chemicals.
• Perform calibration, servicing, and maintenance of production machines and lab equipment.
• Establish and maintain documentation regarding guidelines, procedures, and rules for laboratory use.
• Represent the department during tours and presentations for visitors and other departments.

Requirements

• Technical background with a strong interest in hands-on work in a technical environment.
• Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety and work environment standards.
• Ability to travel 2-4 weeks per year to production sites in Europe, South America, or Asia.
• Structured approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain order.
• Strong communication skills to guide colleagues and act as a contact person for lab areas.
