Salary: $66,300–$78,000

What you will do

• Support the Content Team with pitching, writing, and editing stories and newsletters.
• Manage content publishing in the CMS and assist with digital display copy.
• Coordinate brainstorm meetings, track production timelines, and maintain edit calendars.
• Handle administrative tasks including invoice processing, contract management, and budget tracking.
• Update and refresh existing articles and galleries across digital platforms.
• Assist with ad-hoc team requests and support production for various media formats.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to the NYC office.
• College degree in journalism or 1–2 years of relevant media/lifestyle industry experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and copy-editing skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in GSuite and ability to quickly learn new software and CMS tools.
• Experience with digital and print CMS platforms.
• Passion for food, cooking, and service journalism.

Nice to have

• Experience with fact-checking and research.
• Comfort and interest in appearing on video and audio platforms.
