What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data plane strategy, including registration, discovery, and publishing processes.
• Oversee development and operation of scalable data pipelines and event-driven architectures.
• Drive integration of enterprise data into Prism to enable AI-driven insights.
• Manage and scale global teams responsible for data products and governance.
• Partner with product, security, and compliance teams to ensure secure data movement.
• Establish data governance frameworks, including lineage, classification, and controls.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Kafka and event streaming architectures.
• Proven track record leading large-scale data platform or data engineering initiatives.
• Strong experience in data governance, discovery, and conversion processes.
• Ability to lead distributed teams in complex, global environments.
• Experience with modern cloud-based data ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Confluent or managed Kafka platforms.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks like RBAC.
• Familiarity with Microsoft data stack and ecosystem.
