What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions focused on substance abuse recovery.
• Create and update individualized treatment plans while maintaining thorough documentation.
• Manage intake and readmission procedures and offer follow-up support.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate patient care with community providers.
• Orient patients to treatment procedures and program expectations.
• Assist in launching new programs and provide in-service training to team members.

Requirements

• Must hold a human services-related degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Must possess valid counseling credentials (CRADC, PLPC, LPC, or LCSW) per state regulations.
• Strong understanding of human behavior and addiction treatment processes.
• Ability to handle confidential matters and respond effectively in high-stress situations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
