What you will do

• Assist support engineers with customer inquiries and technical investigations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management, and network observability solutions.
• Reproduce customer-reported issues in lab environments and document findings.
• Analyze logs, system behavior, and monitoring data to support troubleshooting efforts.
• Contribute to internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field.
• Strong interest in networking, infrastructure, and technology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work the 16h-24h shift.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, or Linux.
• Exposure to systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or monitoring tools.
