Salary: $128,590 - $180,783

What you will do

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian and tangential technologies.
• Guide clients on Agile, QA, and governance for multi-app platform implementations.
• Support design, development, and test activities across multiple client projects.
• Guide clients on architecture design, platform scalability, and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor, train, and enable delivery team resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions and related IT experience.
• Active Lead Certification in Appian.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Must be local to the DC Metro area and able to report to SCIF location.
• Expert experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodology.
• Strong technical design, implementation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• UI/UX Design experience.
• Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Authentication protocols (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP).
• Data management and BI visualization.
