What you will do

• Provide enterprise-level support for physical and virtual IT infrastructure.
• Maintain and troubleshoot server hardware from vendors including HPE and Dell.
• Perform OS-level support for Windows Server and Linux (RHEL) environments.
• Coordinate hardware and software upgrades with control centers and business units.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as NERC CIP and TSA.
• Prepare activity and progress reports for individual and project tasks.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of practical experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and hardware support.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or MCITP.
• Understanding of NERC CIP and TSA regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with a daily commute to a local facility.
