What you will do

• Administer and support end-user workstations within a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Analyze and resolve network hardware and software failures.
• Manage and maintain network devices, security, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical staff and provide equipment orientation.
• Maintain detailed logs of repairs and fixes within ZenDesk.
• Collaborate on resolving complex software application issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a service desk or help desk role.
• Associates’ degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working in an ITIL or ITSM environment.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure.
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and wireless support.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Experience with ZenDesk, ServiceNow, or FreshDesk.
• MacOS and iOS knowledge.
• Experience contributing to team documentation libraries.
