What you will do

• Evaluate potential acquisition targets based on investment criteria.
• Identify and assess viable corporate carve-out opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity and KPIs within the CRM system.
• Conduct detailed market analysis on new verticals and geographies.
• Map relevant software M&A advisors and evaluate third-party data sources.
• Assist in due diligence processes, including contract review and competitor research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
• Fluency in English and German required.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of research methodologies and M&A origination processes.
