What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer-reported issues by analyzing logs and reproducing bugs.
• Develop and implement software solutions using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Maintain and improve core platform systems while ensuring stability and performance.
• Engage with peers and customers to clarify technical requirements and edge cases.

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Romania within commuting distance of the Bucharest office.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Django.
• Strong experience with SQL and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker.
• Knowledge of React, TypeScript, or NodeJS.
