What you will do

• Produce high-standard hair and makeup looks aligned with the hirify.global aesthetic and target audience.
• Prepare models for shoots, ensuring they are ready and professional on time.
• Collaborate with model booking and the wider studio team to facilitate a smooth production process.
• Execute looks under senior guidance and incorporate constructive feedback to refine results.
• Stay updated on current catwalk trends, influencers, and street styles to inform creative direction.
• Maintain a professional and sanitary working environment by cleaning equipment and products daily.

Requirements

• Professional makeup artistry skills are essential.
• Confidence with all skin tones and textures is essential.
• Experience with all hair texture types, including basic experience with wigs, weaves, and extensions.
• Ability to remain proactive, professional, and calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills with an ability to prioritize daily tasks.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
