What you will do

• Establish and lead a new design presence in San Diego, building a world-class team of SoC engineers from the ground up.
• Develop strategies and drive the IP roadmap for high-quality customer silicon focused on AI and XPU programs.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team encompassing design and verification, collaborating with physical design engineers.
• Partner with architecture, marketing, software, and firmware teams from product definition through execution and productization.
• Define the design culture, infrastructure, and technical methodology for the San Diego organization.
• Provide technical mentoring to staff and oversee schedules and progress metrics.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in EE, CE, or CS.
• 15+ years of experience in RTL and/or verification.
• 5+ years of experience managing a design team.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and mentor engineering talent.
• Experience in all design phases from concept through productization.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
