What you will do

• Support end-to-end event planning from conceptualization to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources with internal teams and external vendors.
• Promote events across social media and email channels, including content scheduling.
• Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding lifecycle, including document collection and verification.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure smooth merchant experiences.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Events, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to AI tools.
• Available for a full-time internship duration.
