What you will do

• Maintain accurate daily census records, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Reconcile cash receipts and manage electronic and manual deposit applications.
• Process ancillary charge batches, refunds, and write-offs.
• Manage ACH and credit card authorizations within payment systems.
• Generate and distribute monthly statements to communities.
• Perform month-end closing procedures and documentation uploads.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• High School diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of business office experience.
• Basic knowledge of cash posting and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in learning and using new computer operating systems and office software.
• English proficiency required
