What you will do

• Implement new features and technological pipelines for Monopoly GO!.
• Drive the development of online game mechanics and system processes using Unity and C#.
• Ensure "Best-in-Class" technical performance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Write high-quality automated tests (unit, integration, load) to optimize gameplay and curtail exploits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including game design, QA, and liveops.
• Contribute to technical plans and define workflows with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in game development or a relevant area.
• Mastery of C# or another OO language, including asynchronous and multi-threaded programming.
• Proficiency with Unity Game Engine or similar technology (e.g., Unreal Engine).
• Strong understanding of scalable game framework architecture and robust API design.
• Experience solving complex technical problems and communicating solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience building personal game projects or participating in game jams.
• Knowledge of asset pipelines, including asset bundles and dependency management.
• Mobile development expertise for iOS and Android, including native debugging and performance metrics.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kibana.
• Previous experience in people management, including conducting 1:1s and performance reviews.
