What you will do

• Develop procedural generation software compatible with Unreal, Unity, or raw mesh output.
• Utilize semantic real-world data instead of random numbers to create realistic 3D environments.
• Solve technical challenges to balance visual quality, realism, and performance on commodity hardware.
• Collaborate with Pipeline and AI/ML teams to design and fine-tune data pipelines.
• Partner with leadership to align technical development with the high-level product vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience in gaming or high-growth tech environments.
• Proficiency in C++ and its ecosystem for software development, scripting, and automation.
• Experience with Houdini, Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar game engines.
• May be required to attend an in-person interview at an hirify.global location prior to hiring.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience with Unreal Engine's PCG (Procedural Content Generation) and Blender.
• Strong enthusiasm for automated development processes and systems.
