What you will do

• Design and develop fullstack software solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers within a Scrum framework.
• Take ownership of assigned requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Resolve defects and maintain comprehensive solution documentation.
• Communicate progress effectively and report project impediments.
• Adhere to coding and security standards while recommending technical improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to commute to Nottingham or London offices.
• Must be able to work on-site at least three days per week.
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial software development environment.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Required: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Apps.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and libraries such as React or TypeScript.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Key Vaults, Cosmos, Graph).
• Knowledge of SharePoint Framework and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and feature flagging techniques.
