What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of customers, ensuring successful product adoption and achievement of business value.
  • Act as a project manager to keep customers aligned with goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Engage with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Utilize AI and modern tools to improve productivity and account management strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers.
  • Comfort owning commercial conversations, including renewals and expansion.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive accountability.

Nice to have

  • Experience in quality engineering, DevOps, or test automation.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM/CS tools.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable customer outcomes.
