What you will do

• Lead the post-technical win strategy and execution plan for the most strategic accounts.
• Act as the primary technical leader for onboarding, enablement, and the healthy consumption of hirify.global workloads.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams to accelerate use cases into production.
• Develop execution plans covering user growth, product adoption, and cloud cost optimization.
• Manage executive and operational governance, providing KPI reporting on customer health and usage.
• Collaborate with Sales and Field Engineering to drive platform growth within assigned accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming proficiency in Python, Spark, and hirify.global (or similar data platforms).
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of distributed data systems and solution architecture.
• Ability to resolve complex escalations with senior customer executives and conduct strategic discovery workshops.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
