Delivery Solutions Architect (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical account strategies and execution plans for Databricks use cases across strategic customer accounts.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, go-live, production adoption, and healthy consumption of customer workloads.
• Act as the primary technical contact for production and go-live issues across multiple use cases.
• Coordinate Shared Services, User Education, Technical Services, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Develop plans for use-case delivery, user growth, Lakehouse adoption, cloud cost control, tuning, optimization, and governance.
• Report customer health, usage, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progress to technical leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
• Programming experience with Python, Spark, and Databricks or a similar data platform.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems, solution architecture, business value attribution, and complex delivery management.
• Experience with discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, business analysis, complex project delivery, and executive escalations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience; willingness to travel up to 30%.
