What you will do
- Resolve recurring or standard hardware and software problems for customers.
- Coordinate with internal and third-party technicians to address technical issues.
- Track and report incident performance on a daily and weekly basis.
- Install, configure, and update equipment to ensure operational stability.
- Manage engineer appointment scheduling and workload distribution to meet SLAs.
- Apply diagnostic tools and troubleshooting checklists to implement remote fixes.
Requirements
- Fluent in Turkish and English (verbal and written).
- Basic PC literacy and understanding of Windows-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- High school diploma.
- Must be located in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia.
