TL;DR

What you will do

  • Resolve recurring or standard hardware and software problems for customers.
  • Coordinate with internal and third-party technicians to address technical issues.
  • Track and report incident performance on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Install, configure, and update equipment to ensure operational stability.
  • Manage engineer appointment scheduling and workload distribution to meet SLAs.
  • Apply diagnostic tools and troubleshooting checklists to implement remote fixes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Turkish and English (verbal and written).
  • Basic PC literacy and understanding of Windows-based applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High school diploma.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia.
