• Manage and mentor a senior editorial team, overseeing performance and talent development.
• Translate editorial priorities into scalable franchises, packages, and tentpole moments.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align US content with international priorities and initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior editorial experience in a multi-platform media organization.
• Proven leadership in overseeing print, digital, and video editorial operations.
• Deep understanding of audience development, digital publishing, and video strategy.
• Experience managing large teams and complex workflows.
• Strong editorial judgment and a clear, differentiated point of view.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
