What you will do

• Lead functional and techno-functional consulting for PeopleSoft Core HR implementations and upgrades.
• Analyze and document record and field-level changes across different PeopleSoft versions.

• Assess the impact of system changes to ensure seamless transitions.
• Collaborate on payroll interface configurations and optimizations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a PeopleSoft Functional or Techno-Functional consultant.
• Deep expertise in PeopleSoft versions 8.8, 8.9, 9.0, 9.1, and 9.2.
• Proven track record in PeopleSoft upgrade processes.
• Strong ability to document technical and functional impacts of system changes.
• Experience with data migration and conversion in large-scale projects.
