Salary: $120,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Assist local leadership in implementing processes to monitor clinical operations, education, and performance improvement.
• Provide expertise in orientation, new hire competency systems, and ongoing educational program development.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop key clinical leaders within market agencies to foster growth and leadership capacity.
• Collaborate with field resources to design and proliferate best practices in clinical systems and processes.
• Partner with the Market Leader to build a cohesive market strategy across culture, community, clinical compliance, and finance.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse or hold a related licensed discipline (e.g., PT/OT/ST).
• Minimum of five years of Home Health and/or Hospice experience.
• Previous experience as an agency leader.
• Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the home health and hospice industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across different locations.
