Portfolio Clinical Leader

Location: California, regional role with travel; hybrid

Healthcare organization providing services through home health and hospice agencies and senior living communities across the United States.

What you will do

• Develop high-performing clinical leaders and drive consistent clinical excellence across multiple agencies.
• Support clinical operations, education, performance improvement, and best-practice implementation.
• Develop orientation, onboarding, competency, annual skills, and in-service education programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop key clinical leaders in collaboration with agency Executive Directors.
• Work with market and operational resources to address field needs and improve systems and processes.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse or another related licensed discipline, such as PT, OT, or ST.
• At least five years of home health and/or hospice experience.
• Previous experience as an agency leader and in regional leadership.
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework governing home health and hospice.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, independent work, problem-solving, and management collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
