What you will do

• Support sanctions and financial crime referrals through initial screening and factual summary preparation.
• Conduct financial crime checks including adverse media reviews and jurisdictional risk assessments.
• Assist in the production of management information and drafting of risk assessment analysis.
• Implement and update financial crime policies, procedures, and internal communications.
• Respond to internal compliance queries and escalate high-risk matters appropriately.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives and shared resource models.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in financial crime, compliance, or regulatory risk within the Insurance or London Market sector.
• Willingness to develop technical knowledge of UK financial crime regulations and the Lloyd’s market.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Legal background or law degree is preferred but not mandatory.
