Workplace Services & Experience – APAC Lead (Hospitality and Building Operations): Leading workplace services across Hong Kong and Singapore with an accent on strategic direction, multi-office people leadership, vendor partnerships, and regional operations. Focus on building cohesive APAC services, opening new workplace spaces, managing budgets, and coordinating standards across global offices.
Location: Hong Kong, with responsibility across Hong Kong and Singapore and regular travel between APAC offices. Extended periods in the New York and London offices may be expected during the first year.

What you will do
- Set the strategic direction for Workplace Services and Experience across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the wider APAC region.
- Build, mentor, and motivate a multi-office team covering Operations, Food, and Front of House.
- Coordinate with workplace services counterparts in London and New York to align standards and share knowledge.
- Lead vendor strategy, including sourcing, selecting, and managing catering, cleaning, and other service providers.
- Support the build-out and opening of new APAC spaces in partnership with Engineering, IT, and other internal teams.
- Own regional budgets, resolve workplace issues proactively, and strengthen the employee and visitor experience.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading workplace services, hospitality, office management, or a closely related function across multiple sites or markets.
- Demonstrated success building, developing, and motivating teams, including through other managers and across different cultural contexts.
- Strategic thinking, prioritization skills, and the ability to turn direction into operational results.
- Experience building strategic vendor partnerships, with strong financial and operational judgment.
- Strong collaboration, communication, relationship-building, and hospitality skills.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the APAC market and an established network of hospitality or workplace services professionals in the region.
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin.
