What you will do
- Set the strategic direction for Workplace Services and Experience across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the APAC region in partnership with global WS leadership.
- Build, mentor, and motivate a multi-office team across Operations, Food, and Front of House.
- Act as the primary conduit between APAC WS teams and counterparts in London and New York to ensure alignment, knowledge-sharing, and consistent global standards.
- Lead regional vendor strategy (sourcing, selecting, partnering with, and managing third-party providers such as catering and cleaning).
- Support build-out and opening of new APAC spaces by partnering with Engineering, IT, and other internal teams.
- Own regional WS budgets and use financial data to make sound operational decisions while championing culture and visitor experience.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading workplace services, hospitality, office management, or a closely related function (ideally across multiple sites and/or markets).
- Proven people leadership experience: built and developed teams, comfortable leading through other managers, and able to set clear expectations and give direct feedback.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to set direction, prioritize competing demands, and turn ideas into operational reality.
- Track record building strategic vendor partnerships with strong financial acumen for selecting partners and managing long-term relationships.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to translate between local context and global priorities with a hospitality mindset.
- Fluency in English.
