What you will do

• Develop architecture for functional verification environments, including reference models and bus-functional monitors.
• Write and execute verification test plans using random techniques and coverage analysis.
• Debug failures and collaborate with design teams to resolve complex issues.
• Verify boot code and develop tools to streamline multi-core SoC design.
• Transform engineering requirements into scalable software tools for parallel compute environments.
• Contribute to the methodology and technical DNA of the new San Diego design verification organization.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 10-15+ years of experience in verification, firmware, and software development.
• Strong background in SoC verification and test bench development using UVM, System Verilog, C/C++, and DPI.
• Deep understanding of verification methodology, including OOP, white-box/black-box testing, and gate-level simulations.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills with a bias for thoughtful action.
