Location: Must be based in or able to commute to York (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office per week)

What you will do

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and evolve the multi-year product roadmap for the broker business area.
• Lead problem framing, discovery, and journey mapping to translate business outcomes into clear product intent.
• Manage complex prioritisation and investment trade-offs across competing strategic objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the business and transformation functions.
• Monitor performance using OKRs and KPIs to ensure the delivery of commercial growth and efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive the transformation journey.

Requirements

• Strong experience in the insurance sector operating as a Product Manager in broker-facing or distribution environments.
• Proven track record of partnering with Executive/ExCo-level leaders to shape strategy and influence investment.
• Experience delivering large-scale product or transformation initiatives within complex business domains.
• Deep understanding of broker trading, placement, and servicing processes.
• Proficiency in Agile product environments, including backlog ownership and delivery oversight.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and data-driven mindset.
