Focus on building high-throughput SMTP routing architectures, improving deliverability/reputation/compliance posture, and resolving complex mail flow and deliverability escalations.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise architecture and design discussions with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Plan and support implementations, upgrades, migrations, and consultative optimizations for hirify.global enterprise messaging/MTA solutions.
• Act as escalation authority for complex mail flow and deliverability issues, including incident response workflow guidance.
• Design high-throughput, resilient SMTP routing architectures and optimize deliverability, reputation, and compliance posture.
• Drive professional services delivery standards and architectural best practices; mentor consulting teams and improve delivery methodologies.
• Partner with sales and collaborate with Product/Engineering using field insights to shape roadmap and customer adoption.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in email infrastructure, MTA operations, or messaging security in a production environment.
• Deep expertise in SMTP, routing, and authentication: SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
• Experience leading customer-facing architectural discussions in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing complex customer escalations and driving resolution.
• Ability to influence technical strategy across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills; comfortable with in-person and virtual presence.
