hirify.global is building A1, a proactive AI smart assistant focused on reliable long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion.

What you will do

  • Work directly with the Founder to drive local market entry from strategy to execution
  • Build and execute hiring plans to source and close high-caliber talent
  • Support fundraising efforts including preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations
  • Establish local presence including office setup, vendors, and operating structure
  • Drive external positioning through PR, partnerships, and key relationships
  • Act as a central operator tracking priorities, resolving bottlenecks, and pushing progress

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work in Seoul, South Korea
  • Background in consulting, top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
  • Strong generalist with ability to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
  • High agency and strong judgment to prioritize and make decisions with incomplete information
  • Clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment
