What you will do

• Operate and monitor SLS and EBM powder-bed fusion systems for medical device production.
• Perform material handling, including powder blending, sieving, and recycling.
• Conduct post-processing operations and inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Maintain detailed build logs, material traceability, and documentation for regulatory audits.
• Support machine setup, calibration, and vacuum system checks.
• Implement process improvements and report on production KPIs.

Requirements

• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with GD&T and precision inspection tools.
• Strong documentation skills within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in Manufacturing or Engineering Technology.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SLS and/or EBM systems.
• Experience handling metal powders, specifically titanium alloys.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
