What you will do

• Lead AI experience design strategy for agentic workflows and multimodal feedback loops.
• Design logic that governs human-centered empathy over non-deterministic AI outputs.
• Build foundational frameworks and libraries to standardize AI design across the enterprise.
• Shift from static UI production to autonomous, generative system design with adaptive prototyping for unpredictable user flows.
• Translate complex AI behaviors into artifacts for technical and business stakeholders.
• Partner with product and engineering to co-author requirements and troubleshoot constraints for high-fidelity human-AI outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in UX design, interaction design, or systems design for large enterprise B2B or B2C solutions.
• Proven ability to deploy agentic AI to create research artifacts and drive actionable synthesis at scale.
• Strong understanding of how HTML, JavaScript, and CSS inform interaction decisions.
• Mastery of interface design principles, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and inclusive design practices.
• Strong communication skills to articulate and defend design decisions to business and technology leaders.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating AI-enabled reduction of redundant work and solving complex user problems.
