What you will do

• Lead implementation for large features and multi-sprint backend projects using C# and .NET.
• Design and maintain performant, secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Decompose complex requirements into testable, robust backend solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Influence engineering practices including testing, design hygiene, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering leads to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core).
• Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs with authentication and documentation.
• Expertise with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• Familiarity with message brokers (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
