What you will do

• Define and execute the AI/ML adoption roadmap across enterprise platforms like ERP, CRM, and HRIS.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI and integrate them with existing enterprise systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and data scientists in delivering complex AI projects from PoC to production.
• Implement MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring frameworks to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align technical deliverables with business value and compliance standards.
• Mentor team members on AI frameworks, cloud development practices, and architectural patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT management with 5+ years in AI/ML solution delivery in production.
• Deep expertise in GenAI, NLP, RPA, and predictive modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure AI services and cloud-native architecture.
• Proven track record leading technical teams in regulated environments (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001).

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein or Agentforce.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks like AutoGen or CrewAI.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Engineer (AI-102) or AWS Certified ML Specialty.
