What you will do

• Scope engagements by assessing client operations and business processes, gathering business/functional requirements, and recommending how to optimize hirify.global technologies.
• Design security programs that help clients identify, protect, monitor, and manage their most protected data and people.
• Implement best practices and support customer escalations in collaboration with Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Coordinate with the sales organization to ensure customer needs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
• Provide management updates on risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Deliver product deliverables through conference calls/meetings, consulting process reviews/workshops, and executive briefings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing role.
• 8+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields.
• Familiarity with data security concepts including Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Data Security Posture Management, and/or Identity Threat Detection.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work confidently with technical resources, analysts, project sponsors, and executive stakeholders.
• English proficiency required for technical and non-technical communication.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), GPO management, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with identity security tools and concepts like identity-centric indicators of compromise and deception-based detection.
• Proficiency in Windows Server; exposure to IIS and MS SQL; basic understanding of Linux infrastructure.
• Exposure to Microsoft or Symantec DLP solutions.
• Technical Spanish speaking skills.
