Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or Netherlands for hybrid work.
• Deep experience in software engineering and team leadership or mentorship.
• Strong knowledge of backend systems, distributed architectures, or cloud platforms.
• Ability to manage priorities in evolving technical environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Kanban teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM tools or modern backend frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting platforms used by multiple downstream consumer teams.
• Experience managing teams working on internal developer tools.
