TL;DR

Technical Product Manager (Marketing Technology): Own key parts of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) roadmap, including data flows, how marketers discover and use data, and how the platform evolves across channels. Focus on translating marketing needs into durable platform decisions, driving integrations and vendor relationships, and making tradeoffs using impact/effort while improving audience activation and measurement.

What you will do

  • Own parts of the CDP roadmap: what data enters the platform, how marketers discover and use it, and how capabilities expand across channels.
  • Translate marketing stakeholder goals into scoped work for technologists (e.g., data contracts, identity rules) and drive durable product decisions.
  • Lead roadmap prioritization using impact/effort tradeoffs and business context.
  • Drive new integrations and system connections across paid channels, messaging platforms, and partner tools.
  • Manage vendor relationships for CDP and ESP providers.
  • Improve marketer workflows for discovering data, building audiences, and measuring performance; provide clear progress updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with a Customer Data Platform or closely adjacent martech (e.g., Hightouch, Segment, Braze, mParticle, Iterable, SFMC, HubSpot) with fluent identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation across channels.
  • Track record translating marketing stakeholder needs into durable platform capabilities.
  • Ability to lead through influence with technologists and engineers; strong technical conversation skills and clear translation of tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication and comfort driving alignment through written updates in a remote, distributed environment.
  • Ability to read data models and event schemas fluently; scope data work and pressure-test proposals with good product judgment.
  • 3+ years in product management building technology products, including at least 1+ year in martech, data platform, or marketing-adjacent product.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with Hightouch, Braze, or reverse ETL tooling.
  • Experience managing SaaS vendor relationships (roadmap influence, escalations, contract input).
  • Experience with paid media activation or messaging platform integrations.
