What you will do
- Lead branded and unbranded patient marketing tactics across the US hemophilia portfolio.
- Manage content creation, design, approval, training, and execution for patient- and nurse-targeted materials.
- Develop personalized content and editorial calendars for patients across different life stages and hemophilia A and B audiences.
- Execute lifecycle marketing, peer mentorship, patient empowerment, nurse education, and patient retention programs.
- Coordinate with global marketing, field teams, Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Business Operations, agencies, and advocacy organizations.
- Track engagement and program performance while managing vendors, budgets, and optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience in biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, biotech, life sciences, marketing, strategy, or project management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical Legal/Medical/Regulatory review processes and marketing principles.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with Patient Support Services, Specialty Pharmacy, field teams, Medical Affairs, Sales, or Market Access.
- Patient marketing, patient engagement, rare disease, hemophilia, advocacy, or nurse education experience is relevant to the role.

- Experience with multi-brand portfolio marketing, data analysis, performance optimization, and patient retention programs.
