Salary: $55.95 - $62.14 USD per hour

What you will do

• Design user-centered content that makes complex language and processes easy to understand.
• Apply content architecture principles to structure content for reuse across multiple platforms and personas.
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and product leaders to refine mock-ups and prototypes.
• Leverage AI as a design partner for ideation, prototyping, and content exploration.
• Design basic conversational flows for simple, accessible user interactions.
• Advocate for user needs and ensure final products are intuitive and easy to learn.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven background in content design within a product-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, UX writing, technical communications, or journalism.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools and workflows for ideation and prototyping.
• Exposure to conversational design and ability to create accessible conversational flows.
• Experience working in agile development with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI content, instructional documentation, and microcopy.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in EHR or healthcare software.
• Experience with Paligo, Pendo, Jira, Figma, Power BI, or Smartsheet.
